Make a submission

Type your submission into the text box. If your submission is more than 5000 words, please upload your submission as an attachment below (you should not include any other personal information in the body of your submission, such as physical addresses, email address and phone details, unless that information can be made publicly available). If you are attaching a document and not using the free text box below, simply write “see attached submission” in the box below otherwise your submission form will not submit.

Files can be uploaded if they are in ZIP, PDF, DOC or DOCX formats. Individual files must be less than 20 MB in size. The combined file size of all attachments uploaded to the form must be less than 40 MB. If possible, please include your submitter name in the documents file name.
